Refund and Returns Policy

Unopend items can be returned within ten days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Orders cancelled before fulfilment/shipping will be refunded in full inclusive of shipping charges.

Should an opened product be returned, a re-stocking fee of up to 25% will be charged, depending on the completeness and the state of the product and the packaging.

Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.

All products being shipped back to Digital Fun should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices; Digital Fun will not be liable for the damages. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.

Warranty & Replacements:
All products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Should you have a faulty in-warranty item, The customer will be responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to Digital Fun, but we will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be credited to the customer accounts for future purchases i.e. no cash refunds on sale items.
